Il tuo diritto di recesso di 14 giorni
Hai 14 giorni di tempo dal momento in cui ricevi il tuo ordine per recedere dall’acquisto, senza dover fornire alcuna motivazione e senza alcuna penalità, come previsto dalla Direttiva UE 2023/2673 e dalla normativa a tutela dei consumatori applicabile nel tuo Paese.

Quando il diritto di recesso non si applica
La Direttiva 2011/83/UE prevede diverse categorie di beni e servizi escluse dal diritto di recesso di 14 giorni. Le sezioni seguenti illustrano i casi in questione.
Beni personalizzati, deperibili, sigillati per motivi igienici o supporti sigillati
Sono esclusi dal diritto di recesso i beni confezionati su misura o chiaramente personalizzati; i beni sigillati che non si prestano a essere restituiti per motivi igienici o connessi alla protezione della salute e che sono stati aperti dopo la consegna; — Art. 16, lett. a), c), d), e) e i), della Direttiva 2011/83/UE.
